Services

We create the identity and build the website.

Your brand needs to work on a website, on a label and in the way you introduce your business. We bring the direction, visual identity and website development into the same project.

Brand Strategy

We start with the business behind the brief: what it offers, who it needs to reach and how it wants to be recognised. Together, we establish the positioning and messages that the identity will express. This gives design decisions a clear reference, including when one brand needs to cover several products or properties.

What this includes

Brand positioning
Clarify the offer, its relevance to the market and the role the brand needs to play.
Audience definition
Identify the people you need to reach, the questions they bring and the information they need to act.
Market and competitor review
Review the category, its conventions and competing identities to inform the direction of your own brand.
Messaging
Establish the main proposition, supporting messages and a vocabulary your team can use in everyday communication.
Naming
Develop and assess names for a business, product or property when naming is part of the brief.

Creative Direction

We establish how the brand should look across its imagery and applications. Visual references make that direction tangible before individual pieces are produced. They give designers and other collaborators a shared basis for decisions about composition, tone and image treatment.

What this includes

Visual direction
Define the creative approach that connects the identity to its website, printed materials and other applications.
References and moodboards
Use selected references to discuss colour, composition, material and atmosphere before committing to a direction.
Art direction
Set the visual approach for layouts and communication, then review how it carries through to individual applications.
Image and illustration direction
Establish an approach to photography, illustration and image treatment that fits the brand.

Brand Design

We develop the marks, typography, colours and graphic language that people encounter as your brand. Each part is designed alongside its applications. The result includes the guidance and working materials needed to carry the identity into a website, a catalogue, a property brochure or a product label.

What this includes

Logo design
Create the main mark and useful variations, with guidance for sizing, spacing and placing them.
Typography
Choose typefaces and define a hierarchy for headlines, reading text and the brand’s other typographic needs.
Colour system
Develop a palette with clear roles and practical guidance for combinations, contrast and different applications.
Graphic language
Design the supporting shapes, patterns and other graphic elements that make the identity recognisable beyond its logo.
Brand guidelines
Document the identity, its rules and examples so your team and partners have a shared reference.
Templates
Prepare reusable layouts for presentations, social posts, documents and other recurring communication.
Print and editorial design
Apply the identity to catalogues, brochures, exposés and printed materials, with considered layout and typography.
Packaging and labels
Translate the identity into product packaging and labels, taking the format and required information into account.

Digital Design

We plan and design how people use your website. Content structure, page layouts and interaction details are developed together, with the brand visible throughout. The work includes the screens and interface states needed to review the experience before development starts.

What this includes

Information architecture
Organise pages and content so visitors can find the information they need.
User flow mapping
Plan the routes visitors take through the site, including the steps towards an enquiry, booking or purchase.
Wireframing
Work through page structure and content priorities in simplified layouts before refining the visual design.
UI design
Design detailed screens for pages and interface states, including the layouts needed at different screen sizes.
Responsive design
Develop layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile, with content and navigation suited to each view.
Interaction design
Specify hover states, transitions, scroll behaviour and the small animations that explain how the interface responds.
Icons and interface elements
Create icons, buttons, form styles and other interface elements that fit your visual identity.
Design system and UI guidelines
Document reusable components, styles and interface rules for development and future additions.
Interactive prototype
Connect the designed screens into a clickable experience for review and testing before the site is built.

Website Development

The people designing your website also write its code. We build directly from the approved screens and carry their layout, typography and interactions into the live site. Our WordPress work uses custom PHP templates, JavaScript and SCSS, with ACF to give your team structured editing tools.

What this includes

Front-end development
Build the interface in HTML, SCSS and JavaScript, integrated with a custom WordPress theme in PHP.
Responsive implementation
Implement and check the approved layouts across desktop, tablet and mobile, including the space between breakpoints.
CMS setup
Configure WordPress and ACF around your content so your team can update pages and projects independently.
SEO foundations
Set up the technical structure, metadata and sitemaps, alongside performance work that forms part of the website build.
Analytics integration
Connect the analytics tools and configure the events agreed for measuring how the site is used.
Third-party integrations
Connect forms, booking services, mailing tools and CRM systems where the project needs them.
Process automation
Build connections between services to pass information on and reduce recurring manual tasks.
Launch support
Test the build, coordinate go-live and provide the agreed assistance after launch.
